Audio Enthusiast's Zen Sanctuary

This project was an absolute joy to bring to life, fueled by the energy of a client who is a passionate audio enthusiast and well-versed in high-end AV technology. The core design philosophy was simple yet profound: seamlessly blend the beauty of nature with a calm, Zen-like atmosphere, all powered by world-class automation.

At the heart of the home is a premium Savant control system, seamlessly marrying smart home convenience with a powerhouse audio ecosystem driven by Sonos and Roon. Lighting is effortlessly managed via Lutron controls, all supported by a robust, enterprise-grade wired and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.

The home features multiple dedicated zones designed for pure acoustic enjoyment. Inside, high-performance audio integrates invisibly into the home's design. James Loudspeaker in-ceiling speakers provide crisp sound throughout the country kitchen and bedrooms, while Sonance architectural speakers fill the dining room, living room, office, and primary bathroom with premium, hidden audio.

The Den: A versatile space featuring a 3.1 surround sound setup with a James Loudspeaker SPL soundbar and a 65-inch Samsung TV for casual viewing. For critical listening, a premium Wilson Audio 2-channel system utilizes TuneTot bookshelf speakers—perfect for settling in with Miles Davis.

The Living Room: Tailored for vinyl nights, this space features a magnificent Wilson Audio SabrinaX 2-channel high-end audiophile system.

The Media Room: The ultimate entertainment hub, boasting a powerful 7.2 surround sound system outfitted entirely with Bowers & Wilkins speakers.

Moving outside we designed a blended outdoor system to match the stunning landscape. The garden and pool spaces feature a meticulously blended audio system. James Loudspeaker on-wall speakers deliver rich sound across the outdoor dining and firepit areas, while a Sonance landscape audio system blankets the pool and walking gardens, creating an immersive, natural soundscape.

By combining cutting-edge control with ultra-premium audiophile components, we delivered a harmonious retreat that sounds as beautiful as it feels.
